Photoshop without a Computer

Gathering Moss while Wandering

Flickr user Wanda Kamarga built this real life Photoshop for a software client of marketing agency Bates 141 Jakarta back in 2008. Can’t say who was first to post it, but someone in the blogosphere recently discovered it and it’s spread quickly for obvious reasons; it’s gorgeous.

Seeing the scale put it in perspective.

If you look closely at the original size of the photo on Flickr you can kind of make out the marks on the measuring tape. I was wondering how she created the tiny spatula and magnifying glass. Now I’m wondering how much paint it took to fill the paint squares. That’s some really delicious work.
